The founder, Michael Theisen, has over 30 years of sales and management experience in a variety of industries including consumer products, data products, telecommunications, call center, direct mail marketing and small business membership organizations. He has worked for companies such as Lever Brothers, Wisconsin Telephone (AT&T), Texas Instruments, Norstan Communications, ADVO/Valassis and Wisconsin Independent Businesses (WIB). He has served in a variety of positions at those companies including sales, sales manager, sales director, general manager, VP of Sales and VP of consulting services during his business career.
Michael also has recently been instrumental in helping his daughter launch a new business venture (dance studio) that has tripled in size since it's opening in summer 2008 serving as the Director of Marketing.
Michael, having worked with small business owners while at WIB and helping his daughter get her business off the ground has developed a passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses by applying the knowledge and processes he has developed or used in his extensive business background and adapting those approaches for easy use at small to medium-sized business to achieve improved results.
